Come celebrate Independence Day in Norwich at Brown Memorial Park! Enjoy the food trucks and fireworks and support other local restaurants and businesses that are right in walking distance. July 3

3. Groton 4th of July Parade

Join your neighbors for a traditional parade with marching bands, fire engines, and antique cars as well as local businesses, civic, youth sports and other organizations.  July 4

4. Scholastic Book Fair @ Groton Public Library

Support Groton Public Library's Summer Reading Program by purchasing some books during the Scholastic Book Fair! There are a wide range for books for all reading levels and budgets. July 5 - 27

5. Outdoor Storytime + Green Sheep Scavenger Hunt Kickoff

Join staff for stories, songs, and more fun on the Library lawn under the trees with your blankets or chairs. This week they will be reading Where is the Green Sheep πŸ‘ by Mem Fox and kicking off a City-wide Scavenger Hunt in partnership with The City of Groton Park & Recreation Department! July 5
